Nonmigratory Polarization of the Community of Crikvenica

Abstract

Analysis of the statistical dana has confirmed definite zonal differences in population density. According to the degree of urbanization achieved as of 1981 in the community of Crikvenica, a coastal zone with 74,5% of the population is clearly differentiated, as is a flysh valley with 21,2% of the population and a continental hinterland with 4,3% of the population. In the narrow coastal zone there is presently a polarization process of collection in the three communities of Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski and Selce.
