The Formation of RE Teachers in Spain

Abstract
Throughout the process of the education of RE teachers in Spain in recent times, there is progress, but there are still certain areas that require improvement. This paper outlines the essential elements of initial and permanent education of RE teachers and the essential steps needed to become a RE teacher. It also points to several important problems to be solved in the near future.
