Croatian Catholic Youth Encounter – Varaždin 2008. Account, Overview, Experience

Abstract

The article gives an account and overview of the Croatian Catholic Youth Encounter (CCYE) which is organized every two years in a different diocese. An event which gathers more than 20,000 youth from Croatia and beyond deserves such an overview. The article outlines the history of the encounter, its organization and preparation, and its possible influence or non-influence, on regular parish-based youth ministry.
