Abstract
Skin findings in sarcoidosis may vary greatly. We describe a sarcoidosis with breast, eye and lung involvement along with cutaneous roundish and clinically unspecific lesions on the left calf, subcutaneous manifestations on the calves, cheeks and submandibular region, and erythema nodosum like lesion on the right calf. Histopathology of these cutaneous lesions revealed at the very beginning palisading neutrophilic, and later on as the disease processed typical naked sarcoidal noncaseating granulomas.
