Abstract

Spondyloarthropathies is a group of inflammatory rheumatic diseases that are often diagnosed with delay. Establishing early diagnosis has become essential because of the need to start therapy as soon as possible, especially in the light of the new more effective therapies such as biologics. In this paper novelties in diagnostics of spondyloarthropathies are presented, including algorithms for family doctors and rheumatologists.
