Abstract

Experiential learning with individualised approach for the needs of entrepreneurs is powerful approach for learning the capabilities and skills for managing start-ups and entrepreneurship projects and businesses. Systemic business constellations are today one of the most advantageous tools for mapping the dynamics of entrepreneurship and business situations, With fast, simple and transparent work they enable diagnostic research of the current entrepreneurial business structures and relationships ‘as they are’. Through simulation of aftereffects of desired actions they help learning and decisionmaking for developmental changes of the business system (company, project, complete system with customers, suppliers, competition, …). Transferred from the field of family therapy, it uses phenomenological approach and principles that govern the behaviours of human systems and its elements towards success or failure. It is especially useful for learning and developing the leadership and management capabilities and skills for family and corporate businesses. Business constellations use broadened dimensions of learning communication (spatial, nonverbal and verbal) powerfully helping to change entrepreneur’s internal image of his business system and it’s behavior. This helps him to open to new possibilities, relationships and solutions for success. Partly similar to the method of role-playing and psychodrama, systemic business constellations bring radical innovation by easy work with the ‘gestalt’ of the entrepreneur’s business system enabling entrepreneur to research systemic solutions good for all, improve learning and more easily manage change.
