Abstract

Crossed-fused renal ectopia is an uncommon condition and cases of malignant tumors in such anomalies are extremely rare. A case of renal cell carcinoma in a patient with crossed-fused-ectopia is reported. The patient was successfully treated with partial nephrectomy following isthmus division. Radiologic investigations and operative findings are presented. It is thought to be the fourth reported case of renal cell carcinoma in crossed-fused ectopia.
