19t» and 20th centuvy, W.C. Hofbauer, a Vienna student
uho worked on the >nodel of hi s professor, F. Schmid,
was the most pronžinent architect in Osijek. At the beginni>
žg of th e 2t>th century, A. Sl avči ek and V. Axmann,

and Munich Sccessio». The n>ost vahžable steps in the 20th
