Abstract

When one speaks about traditional and modern values in our society, then one can also discuss the relationship between socialism and morale. In other words, what are the possibilities and impossibilities for formation of socialist morale (depending upon a given historical situation in which »socialist transformation is being carried out«)?
If the reality of bourgeois society (as alienated society) is man’s separated activity, the activity of man’s separation in which the meaning of human self-realization is found in morale as the fiction of human praxis, the question can be raised whether one can in general speak about socialist morale. Namely, can one talk about morale (as a mere theoretical postulate, as »need«) if socialism, as a real transformation of society, is in action (i. e., if it is in the act of rising up against the total present conditions of production of man’s life)?
