Abstract
Analysed in the paper are the atypical forms of employment and work organisation, with special accent on the work conditions and the protection of workers from psycho-social risks and work related stress, all in the light of the obligations of the EU member states and European social partners in this field of safety and health at work. The authors provide a comparative legal analysis and submit propositions de lege ferenda.
