Abstract
In the last 10 years, there has been a significant increase of areas under perennial organic plantations in Croatia. These are different kinds of cultures and mostly dominated are walnut, olive, apple, plum, cherry, and others. Malnourished plants often have physiological problems due to the lack of some macro or microelements, so there is a reduction in growth, reduction in fertility, disease and insect attack, tissue decay, etc. Looking from the perspective that the plant is our "factory" and that it creates good for us, its degradation due to the lack of support is the purely wrong attitude of the breeder.
