Abstract

Professor Davorin Rudolf is the most prolific Croatian and Yugoslav author in the domain of the law of the sea. Among his books and numerous articles his systematic treatise on the law of the sea (''Međunarodno pravo mora'') was published in 1985 and appeared less then 3 years after the 1982 UN Law of the Sea Convention (Montego Bay).
The present book contains explanations and short articles of about 1250 different terms. They relate to the law of the sea in time of peace and war, as well as to connected terms of private maritime law, law of treaties, diplomatic and consular law, and ichthyology, geography, etc.
