Abstract
In this work the aim is to present the letter „D“ of the future Etymologic et phraseological Dictionary of Sissano's dialect. This essay represent is indeed the first attempt at a lexicographical approach to the dialect of Sissano, a small istrian village where one can still hear of the old istriot language spoken. It listed today on the list of highly endangered languages, as stated in UNESCO's Red Book of seriously endangered languages.
