Abstract

Enterprises are increasingly using modern solutions to train employees in the field of occupational safety and ergonomics. This is intended to encourage active participation in such training and to shape employees' awareness of these topics. One of the solutions used may be VR technology, which allows the employees to learn about issues by presenting situations as close to real ones as possible. The aim of this article is to present conclusions from the use of VR in Polish enterprises. The advantages of this solution were analyzed according to the OHS specialists, and the difficulties with implementing it in training were also indicated.
