Abstract
It is shown that the attractive forces due to exchange of neutrino pairs between leptons and antileptons are of such a nature that, if their long-range x^-6 behaviour continues up to distances of the order G_F^1/2, they are apt to give massless composite lepton-antilepton states. These states could only have spin-one and they would presumably be medium strongly bound to free leptons. Possible consequences are discussed.
