Abstract

The basic supposition for the quality management and self-government relates
to the citizens' right to information. The history of democratic communication in the
most developed countries is very long. Media, as a kind of local government supervisor,
are very important. Enabling approach to the public information on local government
activities is a part of the communication process. It is very important to emphasize the
existence of control mechanisms that supervise, through their initiatives, the
implementation of various political institutions' projects.
