Abstract
Von Recklinghausen’s disease or type I neurofibromatosis is one of the most common autosomal dominant genetic disorders. It is characterized by multiple neurofibromata of periferal nerves and cutaneous pigmentation patches (café au lait spots). A case of primipara with von Recklinghausen’s disease is presented. Requested epidural analgesia for the induced labour was rejected and cesarean section was performed under general anesthesia.
