Sažetak
The industry development is geared towards the 4.0 industry concept. It indicates the form of process automation using cyber-physical systems (CPS), which integrate Computer technology with modern mechanical systems with certain side-effects such as jobloss, occupational changes due to the acquisition of new knowledge, new market relations. This requires changes in education, curriculum flexibility, new equipment, etc.The initiative for new knowledge, and hence the educational system, has to come from the economy and
other factors of labor market. The development of innovation and economic development lies in the prominent role of the University, Industry and Government (Triple Helix Model) with the task of creating new institutional and social frameworks for the production, transfer and use of knowledge and innovation.
