Sažetak
The rate of interest on the premium due is determined according to the rate of interest on a 12 month term account paid by the banks in the creditor's country. If the insurer does not submit any evidence of the interest rate on the above mentioned term account in his country, the interest rate of the Croatian banks will be applied.
