The Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law, University of Mostar publishes scientific papers primarily in the field of legal sciences, as well as papers from interdisciplinary or other fields related to legal sciences. The journal also publishes book reviews, reviews of scientific and professional conferences, workshops and similar conferences of interest to the professional legal public. The Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law, University of Mostar publishes exclusively original, unpublished papers. The journal is published at least once a year. The Editorial Board accepts manuscripts in Croatian and by decision of the Editorial Board, manuscripts in another language are accepted for publication. Papers that are not submitted in Croatian are published in the original language with the content and summary of the paper in Croatian or English. Authors are responsible for the entire content and proofreading of the submitted manuscript. By submitting a manuscript for publication in the Collected Papers, authors agree to have their papers published on the journal’s website, the official website of the Faculty of Law, University of Mostar.
