The Biblical Institute, Kušlanova 21, 10000 Zagreb, and Evangelical Theological Seminary, Cvjetkova ul. 34, 31000 Osijek (hereinafter “we,” “us,” “our,” etc.) are the publishers of the journal Kairos: Evangelical Journal of Theology (hereinafter “the journal”) and the website kairosen.bizg.hr (hereinafter “the website”). With this Privacy Statement (hereinafter “Statement”), we demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of our authors, reviewers, contributors, and readers (hereinafter “users”). A user is any person who collaborates on the production of the journal, readers of the journal, and/or those who visit our website.

Depending on the purpose, we may collect information such as: name and surname, email address, phone/mobile number, home or business address, gender, personal identification number (OIB), username, and password for accessing our services.

We collect information about you when you voluntarily fill out our forms in printed or digital format, by phone, or via email with your consent. By providing personal information, you consent to the use of the provided data for the stated purpose and agree that it may be entered into our database.

We consider the collected information confidential in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (NN 42/2018). Based on these regulations, we commit to using your data exclusively for the stated purposes and not for any other purpose or handed over to any other party.
