Sažetak

The paper deals with the microbiological quality of raw milk in Slovenia. The problems associated with system of payment based on the hygienic quality of milk are discussed. The methilen blue reduction test as indicator of hygienic quality of milk under the system of milk collection in our country was evaluated.
