Abstract

Članak se bavi problemima nadzora procesa rezanja u stvarnom vremenu. Usmjeren je na trošenje alata pomoću otpornih slojeva primjenjenih na keramičkim pločicama. U eksperimentalnom dijelu postupak rezanja se prati pomoću mjerenja električnog otpora. Rezultati su uspoređeni i verificirani pomoću mjerenja temperature rezanja i trošenja alata. Ispitivanje impedancijskih slojeva je prihvatljivo uglavnom za dijagnostiku rezne oštrice. Širina tog sloja određuje dodatak zbog trošenja (trošenje stražnje površine). Pretjerano trošenje uzrokuje značajno smanjenje tog sloja, a time i značajan porast električnog otpora, što je znak upozorenja na kraj trajnosti rezne oštrice.
