Systematic Development of Human Potential Model (MSR) is based on the latest research and models, and adjusted to the specifics of our people and culture. The model presents organizational, experience based learning that integrates the development of personal and organizational competencies. MSR integrates the company’s business strategy, management strategy and human resource development, as well as development of managers. The model includes three phases. The aim of the first phase is the intellectual, moral and social capital assessment, and preparation of managers for the role of making changes. The aim of the second phase is to strengthen the organizational and implement the team culture, a goal of the third phase of development plan is preparation and training of each employee to be motivated and able to complete tasks independently according to standards as well as to create additional value. For the systematic management of human resources, that means planning a whole range of development activities, not only optimized for the level of managers, but also for other groups of employees.
