Sažetak

An experiment was carried out to evaluate the inclusion of different oils mixture (rapeseed, linseed and fish oils) with different fatty acid content in grower/finisher broiler diets. Fatty acids profile of breast muscle was evaluated. 200 chickens of ROSS 308 provenience randomly divided into four experimental treatments, different in diets oils composition as well as in length of feeding: the control group fed sunflower oil through 21 days of experiment and three groups fed through 7, 14 and 21 days a diet containing 3% of rapeseed oil +1.5% linseed oil and 1.5% of fish oil (RLFO). Previously all broilers were fed the same starter diet. Total and individually saturated fatty acid (SFA), monounsaturated (MUFA), polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) and different groups of fatty acids ratio were used as fatty acid profile parameters. Differences between experimental diets were determined by ANOVA. Linear and logarithmic regression models were fitted to the relationship between length of feeding by RLFO and fatty acids deposition in muscle of breast. RLFO diet increased all n3, most of MUFA and C14:0 and decreased all n6, n-6/n-3 ratio and total PUFA in muscle of broilers compared to sunflower oil from control diets. Monounsaturated fatty acid, n6 polyunsaturated fatty acids and C14:0 content of breast muscle increased linearly as length of feeding increased whereas the relationship between n3 polyunsaturated fatty acids deposition in muscle of the breast and length of feeding was logarithmic.
