Sažetak

The paper presents the results of an investigation of stem hairs of the following representatives of the taxons studied: Anthriscus silvestris, A. nitida, A. jumarioides and the hybrid plants A. nitida X A. silvestris. Only one type of one-cell hairs was found in all the taxons. Their number and arrangement suggest a very close relation between A. silvestris, A. nitida and hybrid plants A. nitida X A. silvestris forms. The results were tested by Mann-Whitney U-test.
The greatest number of hairs on the stem was found in A. jumarioides forms, then in A. silvestris and A. nitida. The smallest number of hairs was found in the hybrid forms.
In the number of hairs, the species A. jumarioides differed most from the other species, but there were some samples which were less hairy, this may be a result of some ecological factors.
One of the factors examined, the altitude above sea-level, does not seem to have any influence on the hairiness of the stem in this species.
