Sažetak
The palynological properties of three honey samples from one region in Croatia (Našice County) have been determined. Samples were commercially declared as chestnut, acacia and goldenrod honey. Each sample was examined to determine the pollen percentage and pollen spectrum. On the basis of pollen analysis, in these three honey samples total of 28 different types of pollen grains were identified. Pollen analyses in these three honey samples showed the highest taxonomic variability in the rare group, following the small group pollen spectrum, secondary and dominance group. According to the pollen analysis results, chestnut honey and acacia honey were identified as unifloral honey, and the goldenrod honey as multifloral honey.
