Sažetak

Kale crops are most spread vegetable group in Croatia. Although many species of kale crops are growing, for commercial the most important are cabbage, kale, cauliflower, broccoli and Brussels sprouts. The article gives the growing technology of above mentioned vegetable from aspects of ecological conditions, soil tillage, fertilizing, transplants production, planting in field and harvesting. For each vegetable are made description of most spread varieties registered on Croatian National Variety List with indicated period of vegetation and suggested plant population.
