Sažetak

This paper describes the „European table of energy values of poultry feedstuffs“ and the „European amino acid table“. The purpose and the approach used in establishing table values have been discussed. The content of the tables has been explained in order to make it more understandable to nutritionists working in feed mills. Despite some corrections these tables require we can strongly recommend their application in every day practice
