This paper emphasizes importance in protectiong citizens from administrative procedure in modern public administration. Moreover, the main features of administrative procedure are being discussed
through short theoretical review. In the basic part of this paper the course of procedures and some relevant settlements in the area have been shown – namely in General Public Administration Procedure Law from 2009. The conclusion off ers both summary and view on the condition of legal
arrangement in administrative procedure in the Republic of Croatia.
