Ice wine

Sažetak
Ice wine is considered very rare on the market due to its specificity. It is a type of top predicate wine produced in exceptional years under exceptional conditions, and as such commands a high price. Climatic conditions are crucial for the production of ice wine, one of prerequisites for ice-wine harvest being a temperature below -7 °C. Ice-wine harvest and ice wine production represent a peak for wine-growers and winemakers since ice wines are not made every season. Instead, they are produced only every few years, when all crucial factors align, representing a challenge to all participants engaged in the process. Ice wine is an aromatic wine whose intense colour and scent reveal just how special it is. Due to low temperatures and conditions in which it is performed, the harvest is notoriously difficult. Its production employs traditional methods and demands that grapes enter the processing frozen. The processing itself also takes place at cold temperatures. The very process of production is due to specific conditions very risky and lengthy. Ice wines truly are special and should be given the opportunity to convince you of their uniqueness.
