Sažetak
The medical science of today requires an "active patient", i.e. the patient who personally takes part in his or her therapy in which physical exercise is one of possible modes.
The optimal therapy of hyperkinetic syndrom is the application of the kinesitherapeutic procedure, i.e. an adequately planned programmed physical exercise along with a possible application of certain drugs.
We can achieve satisfactory results with persons suffering from the hyperkinetic syndrom if a true state of health and psychosomatic status is studied and when real possibilities for change of certain dimensions of these status are known.
The success of programmed physical exercise specially depends upon the competence and knowledge of the P.E. teacher-kinesitherapist and on the familiarity of the school physician with this syndrom, as well as their co-operation, and specially on explaining this cardio-vascular disregulation to the young people and on their confidence that physical exercise can be useful.
