Connection of Indirect and Condition Measurement Functional Models

Abstract

Mathematical connection of indirect and conditional measurement functional models in solving of same geodetic task is investigated. Procedure for indirect measurement functional model transformation into appropriate conditional measurement functional model is derived. Transformation procedure is not dependent about different geodetic datum definitions and it is established on the basis of regular matrix inversion. Indirect measurement functional model is the basic and most general functional model which can be used for solving of geodetic problems. Theoretical considerations are illustrated with two examples.
