Negative Influences of Some Legal Regulations of Former SR Croatia upon Maintenance of the Official Land Register

Sažetak
The paper describes some regulations from § 65 of the Law on Rural and Urban Planning (NN of the former SR Croatia Nr. 54/1980) and § 41 of the Law on Agricultural land (NN of former SR Croatia Nr. 26/1984). The regulations are associated with the possibilities of updated Land register as regulated by § 63 and 73 of the Law on Land Surveying and cadastre (NN of former SR Croatia Nr. 16/1974). A number of negative influences of these Laws upon the land register are also mentioned.
