Sažetak

The article deals with two fragments of terracotta, from what are known as tanagra figurines, which were found on the island of Vis in the vicinity of the walls and necropolis of the Greek city of Issa. The author considers that pottery production activities in the section to the west of the city walls began at least in the 2nd century BC, and that in this manner this area was predetermined for pottery production, which continued to take place here even in the Roman period.
