Quality of law and economic regulation
Pierre-Olivier Rigaudeau

Abstract
From the entire series of counterexamples, it emerges that the quality of the law first of all
corresponds to a form of strictness that the regulator must apply to itself. Formal processes for
creating or supporting standards are there to force the regulator to apply, within the framework of its
normative production, a high level of demands so that economic entities best implement decisions
reached.
