THE RECONSTRUCTION OF IGNAC KRISTIJANOVIC'S BIBLE

Sažetak

SUMMARY
The paper presents the project „Reconstruction of Kristijanović's Bible“, which is carried out at the Institute for the Croatian Language and is financed by the Adris Foundation. Ignac Kristijanović (1796.–1884.), religious writer and important public educator, tried to translate the entire Holy Bible into the Kajkavian literary language. Parts of the translation have been published, but the majority of the manuscript is kept in various libraries and archives.
