WORKSHOP JEWS IN THE CITY OF ZAGREB

Abstract

The article presents the teaching scenario for the students' workshop Jews in the city of Zagreb. The proposed workshop activities and tasks enable students to closely research the influence that institutions, organisations and individual members of the Zagreb Jewish community had on the material, spiritual and cultural development of Zagreb. The activities and tasks are designed in such a way that, in addition to intercultural competences, students develop digital literacy and creativity as well. The lesson plan for the students' workshop Jews in the city of Zagreb was created within the Program for the Popularization of Historical Science, i.e. the inter-school extracurricular activity History Fair. This program was carried out on November 13, 2024 at the Agricultural School in Zagreb, as a result of the cooperation of students and teachers of the following schools: Agricultural School in Zagreb; Hospitality and Tourism College Zagreb; High school Sesvete; XIII Gymnasium in Zagreb; IV Gymnasium in Zagreb; Gornji Grad Gymnasium in Zagreb.
