First confirmed nesting of the Yellow-legged Gull Larus michahellis in continental Croatia

Abstract

During the 2022 breeding season, we recorded two nests of Yellow-legged
Gulls Larus michahellis in Zagreb, Croatia. This represents the
first confirmed case of the species breeding in continental Croatia.
