Abstract
Svrha: Željelo se procijeniti kvalitetu opturacije kanala u 3D printanim kanalima u obliku slova C korištenjem Mikro-CT-a i penetracijom boje s različitim tehnikama punjenja. Metodologija: Šezdeset 3D printanih zuba s kanalima u obliku slova C opturirano je korištenjem AH Plusa s kontinuiranim valom (AHCW), iRoot SP-a s jednim konusom (SPSC) te iRoot SP-a s kontinuiranim valom (SPCW). Mikro-CT korišten je za 3D rekonstrukciju u dvama područjima: 0 do 8 mm (ukupni kanal) i 0 do 3 mm (apikalni segment). Volumen šupljina (V1) i ukupni volumen kanala (V) poslužili su za izračun poroznosti kao (V1/V) × 100 %. Kvaliteta brtvljenja procijenjena je penetracijom boje. Rezultati: Rezultati su pokazali da AHCW postiže značajno nižu poroznost unutar 8 mm (5,17 %) u usporedbi sa SPSC-om (9,02
%) i SPCW-om (8,55 %), (P < 0,5). Nisu uočene značajne razlike u poroznosti unutar 3 mm ili u prodiranju boje. Zaključak: AHCW je postigao bolju opturaciju u srednjem i gornjem segmentu, bez većih
razlika među tehnikama u apikalnome segmentu.
