The Journal publishes original scientific papers, review papers and professional papers, papers from scientific conferences, reviews and book reviews as well as reports on relevant issues and events in the field of law. The Journal aims mainly at contributing to the development of legal science and interdisciplinary research of legal and law-related topics. It is intended for researchers, legal practitioners as well as for a wider academic and social community.
