Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka is scientific journal published by Faculty of Law, University of Rijeka since 1980. Collected Papers is popular reading with legal scholars and practitioners. It welcomes high quality original papers contributing to theoretical scholarship or practical discussion on various topics of law and related social sciences if they thematically contribute to the area of law.
