Not adequately chosen model of privatisation with the elements of primary capital accumulation, bad operations of legislation, numerous exogenous parameters, especially great casualties and enormous war devastation Croatia experienced during Croatian War of Independence, as well as market of former Yugoslavia lost, caused zero growth and sometimes negative trends of the economy. Negative trends were especially shown in Croatian shipping industry. This industry is very relevant for citizens of south Croatia. Therefore the financing of Croatian shipping industry and its emerging from economic crises especially by means of credit leasing will be the topic of these analyses.
