Abstract

Administrative Court proceedings are more or less subject to the same limits in various countries even though certain differences related to the accepted model exist. The question arises of how to fulfill on the one hand the demands of citizens which is their desire for the dispute to be resolved with the concurrent social trend of ever increasing “judiciousness” of society, that is, the ever increasing amount of legal proceedings and, on the other hand, to fulfill the European demands to carry out legal proceedings within a reasonable timeframe and at the same time to offer parties to the dispute a solution in the form of clear and understandable decisions. Developments in this area are significant given that in certain states access to the administrative court is provided to above all ensure sound functioning of the administration.
