Abstract
The report presents the research of railway accidents and establishing the cause of derailment of one rolling stock derailed out of a composition and its overturning. The authors participated in the investigation and forensic examination of accident and, after determining the cause of derailment of the rolling stock and its overturning continue with the investigation to identify all the circumstances that led to the accident. The study included a way to maintain the rolling stock and keeping records of maintenance. The importance of determining the causes of accidents is very significant because the conclusion can identify possible responsibility and / or make recommendations to such accidents in the future to avoid.
