Abstract

Since soil is the main substrate used in the production of food, it must be sustained, cherished and preserved for future generations. Modern agricultural production that requires high yields and high quality of agricultural products should focus on the preservation of soil from the devastation brought by the uncontrolled use of mineral fertilizers and pesticides. Fortunately, there are products that preserve soil, soil fertility and biodiversity even in highly profitable production. The creation of impermeable layer at a depth of 80-100 cm which does not allow the root to access deeper layers of soil and thus leads to negative consequences for the production of grapes actually represents a serious problem for both orchards and vineyards.
