Abstract

The field of etiology abounds in technical terms. These terms are defined, explained and interpreted in terminological dictionaries of enology. The development of technology and the new media opened up the possibility for publications of dictionaries on-line. In this work we researched the dimension and the way Italian language enological dictionaries are presented on-line. We will show different approaches authors of dictionaries have when presenting enological terms. The choice of terms is approached in different ways, in its numerical proportion as in its relationship with the thematically choice and the dimension of each entry.
