Abstract

This paper analyses two most popular game engines: Unity and Unreal Engine. We will say a bit about each of them: how they were made, their development, characteristics, pros and cons, how they finance themselves and our personal experience with each of them. The main question of this
paper is does the choice of a game engine affects on what the user will be able to do in them.
