Abstract

The aim of this article is to better acquaint the reader with the creation of the software part for machine lubrication system with oil recovery. More precisely for the lubrication of gearboxes and moving parts of the steel roughing plant. Tia Portal software package was used to create the software solution. The system consists of two tanks, the main and the auxiliary tank. From the main tank, the oil is sent via a pipeline to the gearboxes of the machine, the oil is then collected in the auxiliary tank and the process is repeated. If the oil temperature falls below the defined value, the tank heaters which return the oil temperature within the set limits are switched on. If the oil temperature rises too much, the heat exchanger cools it until it returns to the set limits.
