NEW AND NOTABLE CROATIAN LEPIDOPTEROUS FAUNA FROM THE ISLAND OF KRK (LEPIDOPTERA)

Abstract
The following 94 moths species are mentioned as beeing absent in the European distributional checklist by KARSHOLT & RAZOWSKI 1996 for the former Yugoslavia. It is clear that some of them where actually omitted from the YU-column, while others may be really new for Croatia or not yet published. This corresponds to about 3% of the hitherto known quantity of species in Croatia. The findings-data come exclusively from the island of Krk.
